Drone Crop Spraying Malaysia

Getting a durian orchard ready for drone spraying

Durian orchards are rarely neat rectangles. A bit of preparation makes a big difference.

Walk the boundary with us

Old orchards often have unclear edges. Walking them together avoids spraying a neighbour’s trees.

Mark the tallest trees

A few very tall trees set the minimum flight height for a whole line. Point them out early.

Think about bees

Durian flowers are pollinated at night, largely by bats, but many orchards also keep stingless bees. Let us know where hives are so they can be protected.
